Terms & ConditionsBy commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms, please read carefullyPAYMENT: I can accept 50% upfront and the rest when drawing done. HOWEVER This will only apply to full art commissions and not half bodyPROCESS:
- Please provide clear specific reference(s) [ex: outfits, poses, actions etc.]
- I will start ONLY when I receive full / 50% of the payment
- I will send up to 2 to 3 WIPS, in case anything small needs to be fixed, but not for sketch commissions
- I will send the finished piece through your email/messages, first. Then, if permitted, post it on my socials and tag/mention you
- I will do my best to finish as soon as possible; however, if any emergencies or private plans happen I will inform you it may be lateIncluded above, depending on how complex the commission is, it may take weeks or a month to finish itUSE:
- I will keep my watermark on the commission piece, as my right to my art
- You can post the finished art on your socials, but please properly credit me
- Any artwork is for personal use only; commercial is not allowedREFUNDS & CANCELLATION:
- Commissioned sketches may or may not be refund, unless absolutely necessary on your side
- Speaking of: If commission is almost finished, and paid in full, only 50% will be refunded
- I have the right to cancel the commission and give a full refund, if I no longer feel comfortable taking the commission
- If a charge back is performed or not fully paid (without explanation), not only will you be banned from future commissions, but also blacklisted
